Recruiting

As you may have noticed, our alliance is EXTREMELY small,
If we want to grow and have any chance in taking over similar alliance we need to recruit people.
If each of us donate 20K, which is a reasonable fee, we can offer 160K to a newcomer, and tell them the advantages of our alliance. No quizes to pass, no requirements, no background checks, and no long sign ups. With all of our power changes we have forgotten one of the essencials to a developing alliance: members. Please comment.

  1. I seriously agree with this statement. Where did the idea of quizzes, requirements, and background checks originate from anyway? We need to get members no matter what. If we can get a member anyway possible I think we should aim for it.

  2. With more thought, I believe that we should offer other incentives rather than money as we can not compete as much in that area. Many alliances are offering $3,000,000 to join while we would have $160,000. The no quizzes, etc. part would work a lot better though, as I myself thought "there is no way I'm doing all this to get into this alliance... waste of time".
