Many questions have come about the type of voting. I have decided to create an indefinate poll on the forum for our top positions. This is my type of system I belive we should do.
We should vote on ther person, and whoever gets the highest will be the position. Lets say our leader doesn't do a good job, we can change our votes to another country. It is all informal, you can change whenever you want. Whoever has the most votes regins. In case of a ties, the Minister of Interstate Affairs chooses the position holder.

I like the idea of establishing a system where you can change your leader at anytime based on circumstance. However, this may not have a practical use because this might not establish a definite leader. Since our alliance is fairly small, one vote might make the difference. This means that if one person changes their vote for no apparent reason, a new leader might be chosen. We don't have an idea when a person might cast or changes their vote. This means that a new leader could be chosen continously! Also, I believe that before we decide how to vote, we must decide the rights and responsibilities of every person, especially the leader. Intervals between elections might help as well.
